KFW Designer and Boutique Show || Photo Diary
What an amazing show in Ballygarry to kick off KFW 2015.
Above, are only a few photos from the show, but obviously, the backstage versions. I had the help of two interns, and we definitely needed all the help we could get. Andrea stayed and helped Liz Galway with all the fittings as well as the quick changes backstage! Jade also took part in packing the huge amount of goodie bags that everyone received on the night.
The whole night flew by as it always does, but I was absolutely amazed by some of the designers on our amazing Upfront models who, as always, killed it. They looked particularly jaw dropping thanks to the stunning hair and makeup team. So thank you to Lancome and to Marta from Sean Taaffe for the looks on the night, really beautiful.
Obviously, everything that you see in staging and production are thanks to both Ray Stack Productions and Paul Ruane who had the vision to put the whole thing together.
My hugest shoutout has to be to Orla Diffily, who is not only my mom but my partner in crime at all these events.
Myself and Orlagh Winters presented the KFW Most Stylish Woman in Kerry 2015 to the most deserving winner Mary Stapleton Foley. I have presented the award every year since it's start up a few years back. Orlagh herself is a previous winner as well as Olivia, who modelled for us on the night.
Not only did I have an amazing time during the show itself, but at the end, I had a little surprise birthday cake waiting for me, made by the one and only Liz Galway. I was so confused that I didn't really grasp that it was actually for me for a good five minutes.
It's only at moments like this that I realise how lucky I am to have my Upfront Family.
Go TEAM UPFRONT, and see you all at the Friday night show in the Europe Hotel and Spa.
